DISPUTES AND CLAIMS

The arbitration shall be conducted in Palm Beach County Florida and judgement on the arbitration award may be entered into any court having jurisdiction thereof. If any part of this Agreement is ruled to be unenforceable, all others parts remain in effect. Without limiting the foregoing, Magenta Supply shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature, war, government, or any other cause including but not limited to computer, network, or equipment failures, non-performance of third parties, or shortages.
